Hi guys.

I’m currently under consideration and need to go to immigration on 1st of May. However it is a public holiday(smart, smart).

Should I go today or on Monday then? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether to visit immigration on May 1st, a public holiday in Thailand, and a comment indicates that immigration offices may still be open for processing.

While May 1st (Thai Labor Day) is indeed a public holiday that does not mean that the immigration offices are closed as they are government workers and it's a normal work day.

Go and get your stamp completed like normal
