Is it better to get one at immigration or at the airport?
Are they doing them at the airport? If so, what do I need to bring with me to get one?
I have never got a re-entry permit before so any advice appreciated. I am on a non-b visa. Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the convenience of obtaining a re-entry permit in Thailand, comparing the options of getting it at the immigration office versus at the airport. Users express a preference for airport acquisition due to proximity and time-saving benefits, particularly for those who live a distance from immigration offices.
Personally i prefer to get at airport its right in front of immigration. For me its a 45 minute drive to local immigration, thats 2 hours or so vs 5 minutes at airport
im not far from an immigration office I just really don’t like going there if I can help it 😂 any additional documentation for the re-entry permit or just present the passport?
