Is it possible to reapply for the Soft Power DTV program from a different country after being rejected?

Hey everyone!

I’m planning to apply for the Soft Power DTV program.

My situation is that I’ll be applying for the first time in Vietnam, and in case of a rejection, I’m considering reapplying from a different country (the Philippines).

Does anyone have experience with a similar situation or know if this is possible? Any info or insights would be really appreciated.
