ok the city you are in Thailand may have a border bounce service to Laos, I do not know where you are located. These are by far the best. But surely as a political refugee there are more suitable Visas?

ok neither am I. Best locate a visa centre where you are or a legal service. I am worried if you attempt this one your own you may be arrested by Los authorities and handed to Cambodia.
