Just look for any border bounce agency. You'll likely need to look in the north of Thailand though because the ones in Bangkok and central Thailand go to Cambodia.

ok the city you are in Thailand may have a border bounce service to Laos, I do not know where you are located. These are by far the best. But surely as a political refugee there are more suitable Visas?Vibol *********
