Hi, pls I need adive.is it true that anyone going for extension of baby visa must deposit 400000 baht for two months into his/her account.is it a new law from immigration? Am aware that the money is involved but not for two months,am trying to knw if there is a change of law

For the Extension of Stay you must be the legal parent. If the baby is born out of wedlock, you need the papers from Family court that you're the legal father.
