TLDR : Answer Summary
There is no minimum stay requirement for the Long-Term Resident (LTR) visa in Thailand. Users confirmed that once the visa is issued, it remains valid until its expiry date regardless of how often the holder enters or resides in Thailand. Some comments indicate that technically, one day per year could suffice, but the general consensus is that no minimum stay is enforced, allowing for flexibility in residency.
LONG TERM RESIDENT (LTR) VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
A ten year multiple entries LTR visa is valid for then years after its issued, regardless of how it’s used in practice. If you stay one consecutive year you’ll need to do a one year report.
I think you're not understanding the question. Some visas for some countries require that the person spend at least a certain number of days in the country each year in order to keep the visa valid. For the LTR visas, there's no such requirement. You could never enter Thailand for 4 years and the visa would remain valid for when you enter.
