Hi thai visa advice.

It's a long shot post. 

My son was born in thai.

We (parents) are not thai.

Last month we went back out home country, and flew back to bkk.

My visa now is non immigrant o visa, my husband got his working visa.

I heard from other expats says, for children under 15, it's free visa (esp born in Thailand).

Any advice, once we leave thai we'll have to pay the fine of overstay or not?

Impossible for us to leave Thailand for the next 3months.

Sounds like you need the extension from embassy based on inability to leave? That would give you 30 days, and likely be able to get another one at that point.

no actually the parents BOTH have visas and will be able to get extensions when their entry stamps come up. They're asking if their foreign child born here gets any "free visa" or anything which it does not :(

Our planning was go back to our home country to get his non immigrat visa for him, but my country has close his border by suspend international flight. I have no idea what should we do :(

That is NOT correct :( no such thing as a free visa for a foreigner born here , you've got your wires crossed quite a lot.

your foreign child being born here gets no special rights.

ALL foreign children under 15 don't get fined for overstay, and all foreign children under 18 don't get banned for it,

SO while he SHOULD have a visa to be here, IF he is under those ages nothing will happen to him or you when you go to stamp out
