TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around whether there is a special lane at Thai immigration for travelers entering with pre-arranged visas. It was clarified that while there is no dedicated lane just for having a visa, travelers can purchase a fast track service to use an expedited lane. Some users mentioned their experiences with lines at various airports in Thailand, noting that conditions can vary and that there are separate lines for business/first class passengers, as well as special considerations for those over 60 or with handicaps.

There is a special track for people over 60, children, handicapped people, gravid women, but I also saw youbger people using it??
As I am over 60, I used it first time, readibg it in this forum. Quite okay...
yep I'm married to a Thai woman so you can class me as this. When you walk towards the immigration line there's an officer motioning to people with kids old people and disabled people to go to the right line. Walking with a limp helps no doubt

Last time that l went through Suvarnabhumi in May 2025, there was a separate line for people with visas, in my case, l had a non O visa. It might have changed since then.

Last time I went through Thai passport control, there was an expedited lane for those traveling in business/1st classโฆ
This year we flew premium economy, and the regular old line to get in the country was faster than the expedited line was in 2024. Timing is everything.๐
