TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around whether one can obtain a DTV visa for practicing yoga in Thailand. Most comments clarify that yoga does not qualify for a DTV visa as it is not considered part of Thai culture. Some suggest that while yoga associated with education might allow for an educational visa, specifically finding a recognized studio could be challenging. There's a suggestion to instead pursue a Muay Thai DTV visa, which might allow for broader physical activity options, including yoga.

Basically you have to find a yoga studio that is willing to provide you with the DTV documents and it must also be recognized somewhere in any Thai yoga association and ideally it should be a yoga which is based on traditional Thai gymnastics and sport culture

I haven't seen anything like that either, but theoretically it should be possible under the "sports training" requirement. However, I would first email the relevant embassy to check if it's possible.

The DTV Visa outlines what you're able to use it for. It says it specifically.

it's all good Man. I was told. . . Businesses that are savvy can write you a letter for whatever you need for approval. Yogo/ private Muay Thai session. As a rehabilitation type procedure making it medical. That's just what I heard.
