TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry focuses on finding activities suitable for the DTV visa, specifically yoga and Thai cooking classes. Responses included a reference to an infographic from the MFA about soft power activities, varying suggestions based on location, and a mention of a boxing stadium's offer for activities in Pattaya. Additionally, there is a service offered for handling the DTV visa process, including extensions.

This is the infographic released by the MFA with soft power in the middle.

Realistically it's whatever the embassy you're applying at will accept.

Yoga is NOT considered a soft-power activity, you won't get a DTV on Yoga seminars . . If it was, everybody and his grandmother on Koh Phangan would have a DTV on Yoga ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

the basics is that the school must be registered with the ministry of education as being legitimate. Just being a legal business does not mean they are registered with the ministry of education.

Yes, I know this. I looked elsewhere for a list. Just found an official that has a list of authorized soft powers.

there's no such thing. Each embassy decides what qualifies and what doesn't. There is no list. There were even reports of a cooking school that said they were "DTV approved" and then an embassy rejected a course at that school as qualifying. Every single individual embassy decides.
