The Thai declaration form's necessity depends on the context of your entry, particularly concerning health declarations and visa requirements. As of now, the health declaration form has been integrated into the Thailand Pass system for entering the country. However, it's recommended to have it ready just in case. There was also a question about whether Americans require a visa, implying broader concerns about visa regulations for various nationalities.

Do Americans need visa too?
Steve *******
Yep, for a visa

Only guessing because question vague.
Do you mean T8 health declaration form and do you mean for entering country ?
If so officially no as its a part of the Thailand pass now. But best to have one just in case TIT
You sign the declaration form electronically for a visa. It's NOT needed for the Thailand Pass. You dont need the ThaiMorchana app either, it's like 'track and trace' in the UK, no one seems to use it!
You don't seem to understand, I was asking if I still had to fill in this form as I did in january and show it along with my COE, nothing to do with visa
I thought it was the T.8 declaration as well, however for the new evisa system it's another form all together. My local Thai consulate emailed it to me and asked me to sign it and email back to them. I'll try to find it again and upload a copy here.
Never seen one of those in 20 years. There is a declaration form that needs to be signed to obtain a visa. If you're entering the country visa exempt you dont need one.
