I know but in the requirements it says you have to fill out the Thailand pass, and a delectation form and health form. So I’m guessing these are additional forms which are required as well as the pass?

Apart from the Thai pass for Sandbox you need a negative RT PCR test within 72 hours of travel (48 hours for Emirates and maybe Singapore airlines) and I think a declaration form ??T6 which they give you on the plane. That’s all 😊
