You will be given a T 18 form to filled maybe inside the aircraft or at immigration. It’s a health declaration form.

the form is called TM8 and must be filled out alongside the TM6 (arrival card) But it has nothing to do with

being an Indian passport holder - he is banned from entry if he has no visa
