I have often gone to HCMC for a multiple entry visa based on marriage. The last time being in August 2023.
I’m now struggling to find the information on this visa. Do they still offer it there?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The multiple entry Non-O visa based on marriage is no longer available in HCMC as of January 2025, following the implementation of Vietnam's e-visa system. Currently, those eligible can obtain a 90-day Non-O visa upon arrival, which can then be extended for 12 months through a local immigration office.

You might as well get the 12 month in country Extension of Stay now plus a re-entry permit (single or multi) if you plan to travel

Vietnam has now implemented the e-visa application, so now the 1 year multi entry non-o based on marriage is no longer available.

You can only get the Non O Visa as Married to Thai that gives you a 90 day STAMP on arrival. No Non O multiple entry visa as Married to Thai is available.
