Is the ETA to Thailand starting on December 1st or is it on hold?
Can anyone tell me if the ETA to thailand is going to start on 1st December or is it on hold.
Answer summary
The ETA to Thailand has been postponed and is currently on hold, possibly starting next year due to the incorporation of a 300 baht tourism tax, which is pending approval in parliament.

Was about to ask the same question as arriving BKK in 2 weeks. Thanks for the heads-up. Anyone had a passport legalised at MFA Chaeng Wattana. When booking an appointment it says can take 2 days +. Thanks in advance

Even the Thai government doesn't know what's happening

They've held it back because they're going to make the 300 baht tourism tax part of it, and it needs to go through parliament in January
