Upon arrival in Thailand, is Immigration still allowing 60-day visa exemption, or has the rule change (to 30 day visa exemption) already taken effect?
Thank you.
Answer summary
Currently, travelers arriving in Thailand can still obtain a 60-day visa exemption. However, a change to a 30-day exemption has been approved but is not yet official until published in the Royal Gazette, which has not occurred as of now. Once published, the new rule will take effect 15 days later.

Thank you all so much! We enter on june 15th, and are staying for about 35 days, so this is very helpful! I couldn't find a link for the Royal Gazette so it's good to know that there has been no publication yet. Thank you!
Not official until it's posted in the Royal Gazette from my understanding. Once published you have 15 days to make adjustments to your plans before it's in effect
