TLDR : Answer Summary
The current visa exemption for Indian passport holders to Thailand is confirmed to be 60 days, despite a previous suggestion of a 15-day limit from AirAsia Indonesia. The misinformation seems to stem from confusion between visa exemption and visa on arrival policies. Travelers are encouraged to consult the Thai Embassy's website or directly contact immigration for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

India was 'permanently' added to the 60 exemption list
Graham ******
@Declan *********
that list and the 60 days is not permanent which is why India and some other countries are also still included on the 15 day Visa on Arrival list of countries
Brandon ************
@Graham *****
India was added to the permanent list about 2 weeks ago.
