TLDR : Answer Summary
Recent experiences indicate that no COVID-19 testing is required for Cambodia border runs. However, it is recommended to use a registered tour or visa run company, as navigating the border alone can present challenges. Many expats suggest using services from bars in Pattaya, such as the Queen Vic or the Sportsman Bar, which offer hassle-free packages that include lunch for a reasonable fee.

Why not just use the people from the Queen Vic on soi 6 or the sportsman bar also located in South Pattaya. Even if it's cheaper going yourself, why not pay 2000 or 2500 baht with lunch included and be hassle and worry free. Never had a problem using these 2 bars for both Cambodia and Laos visa runs.

Sean Scott Landorf Seems like 4k-4500 baht is the going rate now. Do tell if you can find for cheaper.

Sean Scott Landorf apologies I've not used them since 2016, prices probably did go up since COVID. Maybe around LK metro a few places did it but I'm back in Australia now next week back to Pattaya for November. Sorry I was not much help.

No testing required but Cambodia border runs can be very difficult unless you use a registered tour company/visa run company. Do not try to do it yourself. You may not have any issues but many do.
