My brother has a tm7 visa he left thailand Dec. 2018 getting a a fom at the airport before leaving he was coming back April 2019 but had go to hospital and was told not to fly

? Is his visa now out date he want to return April 2020

a TM7 visa? I guess he had an Extension of Stay from the Immigration Office that run out while he was outside Thailand. That means if he want to come back to Thailand for a longer period he has to start again by applying for a visa at the Thai Embassy before he makes his way to Thailand.
