Malaysia is on lockdown until 31st March. No foreigners allowed in. So please do not plan to do your visa there.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Malaysia is on a national lockdown from March 18 until March 31, prohibiting foreigners from entering the country and barring Malaysians from traveling overseas. This situation makes it impossible for those needing visas to apply in Malaysia.

Thanks for this information, good to know for those who plan to go to Malaysia. If things change I hope you will also inform us.

I know it becomes more difficult to get the Visa Exempt Entry or Tourist Visa in surrounding countries, so maybe this is the time for a break in your holiday, go back home and wait it out before continue this holiday.
