What steps should South Africans take to resolve issues with the Thai visa application portal?

Any South Africans on the group to assist with visa application. My husband accepted a job offer and will relocate soon. We are busy with his visa application. The green ticks is what we are able to submit and red ticks what the portal does not allow us to do. The company requires the biodata page of passport ✅ proof of accommodation in Thailand ✅ photograph ✅ bank statement ✅ pay ✅ current location ✅ ticket ✅ job offer/contract ❌ company financial report ❌ company legal compliance ❌

Once you pay and it is incorrect the payment is non refundable. I am sure we are doing something simple wrong but some advise will be great.

For good measure there is a note in red that says the Pretoria embassy is closed. South Africans will understand.
