ORIGINAL POSTER
Hello, my husband and I are on a non imm O (retirement) visa extension, which needs to be renewed again in May 2020.

We can show financial requirements for 1 person, and want to list the other as a dependent. We have been getting conflicting answers. My questions are ...

• Is this even an option?

• Do we have to completely start over on our visa? Go out of the country?

Thank you.
