TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can report your 90-day immigration requirement in Thailand up to 7 days after the due date without facing a fine, especially during the current amnesty period. It's advisable to file as soon as possible to avoid complications.

The main rule is 14 days before & 7days after

BUT because there is an amnesty from the 26th of Mar to the 31st of July where you don't technically HAVE to do a 90 day report you can go anytime your report is due (within that time frame) and report without getting fined for late reporting

Thank you so much!

at the present time there is an amnesty about 90 day reporting and as long as you apply BEFORE July 31st you won't be fined for failure to file on time

Go file, you'll be okay and not have a fine..
