Anyone has experience changing from Non-Ed to Non-O marriage visa ? Is it possible without leaving a country? And about how long the money should be in your bank account.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around the possibility of changing from a Non-ED visa to a Non-O marriage visa while remaining in Thailand. Users discuss the difficulty of converting between different non-immigrant visas within the country and share that if you have an extension of stay from the Non-ED visa, you may be able to change the reason for your extension to marriage without leaving. Additionally, there's an emphasis on needing to show 400,000 THB in the bank for a minimum of 2 months prior to the application.

If the OP is on an extention of stay from his ED visa he doesnt need to leave the Country, he can change the reason for his extention to marriage providing he's seasoned the 400k for 2 months.

It's probably not possible to make the change inside the country. It's very difficult/impossible to convert from one non-immigrant visa to another.

Make sure if you're on an ED extension that you cancel it before leaving Thailand to reset your status.
