y’a même certains à Paris qui sont convoqués car il y a suspicion de téléchargement de faux certificat de travail…pour le cas de télétravail !!! ça peut mettre jusqu’à 4 à 5 semaines en jours ouvrés

c’est tout demandeurs d’anticiper suffisamment en avance au moins 90 jours à la date d’arrivée dans le pays

Did mine at 14 oct. 2 days ago they wanted missing documents.

Paris and Brussels embassies are very slow, taking longer than 4 weeks for visa applications to go through. However the wording confirms the document check is finished, and the only thing left is somebody higher up needs to approve it

the old paraphrase "pending approval" was exchanged for "pending for decision", and this means that the document check is finished and only somebody higher up will be needed to sign the approval

As long as they are updating the progress you should be good…. If they are not asking for any additional documentation your Visa should be going through, they will give you your response of an approved visa very close to the date of your departure date. Before I got my Non-OA visa, I submitted a couple of tourist visas and I always got my approval a couple of days before my departure…. I think that is their standard procedure so 1. You won’t trip to go into Thai earlier that you said you would and 2. The visa will last you longer as the visa start date is from the date is approved at the embassy. Good luck!

I waited a full 7 weeks in Belgium; they only look at cases based on urgency, assuming everything is in order.

With my African passport they took exactly 30 working days, with my other passport they took about 10.

I applied 2oct got the visa the day I was at the airport on the 28 th very stressful wait and waste money by flights out of Thailand but now I'm here so happy days

Getting like a 3rd world country visa processing. Especially with the fees they charge, shouldn't ever take more than 5 business days. Everyday forums littered with these questions/stupid time frames.
