Hi everyone, I applied for a Non-O visa but my application was cancelled because of a technical mistake. Do I need to re-apply and pay again immediately, or would it still be okay if I submit the corrected application only in a few days (because of timing/weekend)? Could a delay of several days between the cancelled application and the new one cause any problem? Thanks a lot for any advice

Answer summary

The poster's Non-O visa application was canceled due to a technical mistake and is seeking advice on whether they need to re-apply immediately or if a delay of a few days would be acceptable. Responses indicate that since the application is considered completely new after cancellation, they can re-apply at any time, and a short delay will not cause any issues.

That application is done.

If it was cancelled (due to data error or another reason) doesn't matter when you apply again because you're doing a completely NEW application.

You can apply when you want to
