Is it better to apply for a DTV visa from Denmark or Vietnam?

I was going to apply for DTV while in Europe, specifically Denmark. But a visa agency told me only 1/3rd of DTV applications get approved in Europe, and that it is best to do it from Vietnam, Hanoi.

Updated details: My passport is Danish and I was born in Denmark, but my residency is not in Denmark. I just thought about applying in Denmark since I will be here for some weeks this summer and it is not practical to apply from my official country of residence.

Is this legit? Any negatives about applying from Europe and getting denied?

I know the Netherlands does not approve softpower DTV, hence why I went to Laos.

Would’ve preferred to just get my DTV in The Netherlands though.

My school told me Belgium / Germany has way better approval rates for softpower DTV

If your documentation for the application is legit, with a bank account that doesn't look like the required money wasn't just added, it is no difference than applying anywhere else, but if you are trying softpower category, with a Muay Thai school, or cooking school thousands of others are using, and the money has been in your account for the minimum amount of time, it can be questionable.
