Is the in-person 90 day reporting still being done at the Temporary Extension Center in Bangkok? Or is it in the Chang Watthana Immigration Center?
Was planning on doing the 90 day online but didn't realize I had to do it more than 7 days in advance of the deadline. I have to update by January 15th, so I guess I have to go in-person.
Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting is currently being held at the Temporary Extension Center in Bangkok, though there is an option for online submission. Users should submit online reports at least 7 days before the deadline, but some can complete it on the due date. Troubleshooting issues with online submissions often involves checking visa status or system functionality.

Any idea what the problem could be? I've tried both on the website and mobile app. My current visa (education visa) has an extension good through Feb 1 2021, so I haven't overstayed. Not sure how I can get this to work. Never done the 90 day online before
Kennan Budnik. There was a report in another group where a guy had extended his retirement visa and subsequently couldn't do the 90 report online. When he attended the IO they told him following extension he had to do the first in person. It seems to be hit and miss at times. Make an appointment at the IO - you'll be in and out in 30 mins for a 90 report
Bobby Howard But if your suspicion about the extension is correct then that would pretty much render it impossible for anyone on an education visa to do the 90 day online as we must extend every 2 months.
yep I actually just got done at IO. Did the 90 day in person. Tried to ask why online wasn't working. Asked if it was due to extending the visa . They just kept saying "Many people can do. Many people can do online." So I unfortunately didn't get any insight . Fingers crossed for the next attempt in 90 days. Thanks for trying to help.
Kennan Budnik. Let us know how the next one goes. It's good to learn any tricks with the online report, as it can save a lot of hassle going to immigration for such a simple task. Cheers
Kennan Budnik. I did my last report three days prior to due date. There was a similar question in another group yesterday, and visa guru Tod Daniels mentioned he'd done one for a friend on the due date. It's worth a try.
