understand. I cannot recall where I said I had PR. I am still on Non-O married. I planned to apply PR. Officer suggested me to apply for Thai Citizenship, which I did. It is Still pending. So this year I have to extend my stay permit. Now back to my question: IO officer asked me to submit police clearance along all set of documents used submit every year. Is this a new requirement? Hello everyone. I have a question regarding Work Permit. I want to take a sabbatical leave for 6 months. If I cancel my current work permit and then 6 month later can I apply for a new work permit with the same company? FYI I have PR. So I am not concern about stay permit. Ok. Seemingly there is something in BKK that requires a police check for certain nationalities. I have no idea if this rule exists in other provinces. You seemingly have to get it from the Special Branch unit by the Police Hospital on Sukhumvit.

if your PR application is still pending then you are no longer on any visa extension. They also don't ask for more documents, as they don't accept your application until everything is in order. You are making up a fake story, as nothing you say fits what you say you're doing. You also stated that you had PR, yet you also state you're on a marriage visa extension, which you do not need on PR. On PR you don't need any visa extension.
