TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, PCR tests conducted at Manchester Airport are generally accepted for boarding and travel. One user reported a quick and efficient experience with the "3 hour results" testing service from Collinson, although they faced issues with not receiving the required QR code for their flight.

I did the "3 hour results" with Collinson, £83, on Sunday, at The Station.

Very good process, less than 5 minutes. Got results within 2 hours.

Unfortunately still wasn't able to fly on Monday with Etihad, as I didn't receive the QR code.

When you have been accepted for the Thailand Pass, you receive a QR code.
