TLDR : Answer Summary
The traveler has a plan to fly to Thailand on March 15 and stay for 30 days before heading to the Philippines for 6 days. They will return to Thailand for 54 days before heading back home on June 12. They also intend to re-enter Thailand in September or October for another 45-60 days. They seek advice on whether a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV) is adequate for their travel plans without facing any entry issues. A comment suggests that the METV allows for multiple entries with each valid for 60 days, extendable, provided the timings around the visa and entries are well-managed.

METV 6 months multiple entry, you'll need to time both your visa issuing date/application and your final September entry just before the visa expires. Each entry is 60 days and each entry is extendable.
