TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about applying for a re-entry permit while holding a Non-B visa and work permit. A commenter confirmed that it is possible to obtain the re-entry permit at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Departure 2, advising to allow extra time and noting a surcharge. Additionally, they mentioned that only the TM-8 form and the passport are required for the application.

You can get a re-entry permit from Suvarnabhumi Airport before you fly out. They are only sold in Departure 2, and they might have to track someone down because they don't man the desk all the time anymore.

Allow extra time AND they charge a 200baht surcharge, so a single re-entry is 1200 baht and all you need is your passport
