I mean foreigner in Indonesia 😉 As a foreigner (non resident) in Indonesia, you can only get visa exempt, not STV

Oh you meant you can't get a visa in Jakarta if you're a non resident foreigner. You'll have to go to Thailand without a visa (if your nationality is on the list of the visa exempt, of course)
