How should I write a self-employment verification letter for my visa application?

I applied in the US as a self employed freelancer with an LLC and the embassy just sent me an email requesting this:

‘Upload a self- employment verification letter that include the full name, position, *digital nomad/ remote worker, period of employment and signed by yourself (Issue within 6 months)’

I already mentioned to them I am self employed and uploaded my LLC. So should I just write the letter myself in third person? Seems a bit strange.

Someone else mentioned they did that. Basically wrote a self employment letter and signed it themself.

Anyone else have a similar experience?

Here is a screenshot of what I posted on my post on this page when I got the same request. Once I provided a letter similar to this, I was approved.

Yes as company director you must create a document outlining the requested aspects. A simple group search will show you this is common and examples of acceptable format for the document
