What can I expect after submitting additional documents for my DTV application in Thailand?

Feb 4, 2026
Hi everyone,

I submitted my DTV application from Indonesia (Jakarta) on 15/01/2026, and I received a request for additional documents on 02/02/2026. I have now uploaded all the requested documents

I’d love to hear from anyone who has recently submitted additional documents for their DTV application:

• How long did it take for you to receive feedback after submitting the extra documents?

• Did you get approval directly, or were there further requests?

Any insight would be extremely helpful to understand what to expect. Thank you so much in advance! 🙏

Hello, it really depends on the nature of additional documents requested. Generally if there are no issues with the documentation it should not be more than a week.

Whether they have any further request depends on the completion of documentation submitted. Other factors include your past travel history and visa history in Thailand.
