How might switching to a DTV in Thailand affect my bank accounts in Myanmar?

Edit: I meant bank accounts in Thailand - not Myanmar :)

I will soon need to end my business visa/work permit and find a different visa type. I have considered DTV (remote worker) as an option.

I've had bank accounts with two banks in Thailand for the last 5 years. What's the risk that these bank accounts will get shut down or frozen if I switch to a DTV? And what would be the trigger for the bank to learn that I have changed visa types?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about the potential risks to their Thai bank accounts if they switch from a business visa/work permit to a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV). They have held bank accounts with two Thai banks for five years and want to understand the likelihood of their accounts being frozen or shut down due to this change in visa status and what factors might trigger the banks to notice this change.

People have been known to lose access to their bank account after moving to a DTV, and some seem to have managed to keep theirs.

Were your bank accounts in Myanmar dependent upon your current Thai visa? If not, why would your Thai visa play a roll?
