TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the average processing time for a Non-O 1 year marriage visa extension at Khon Kaen immigration, with only 3 weeks remaining until their original 90-day visa runs out. They also seek confirmation about the possibility of obtaining a 60-day extension based on marriage. A comment clarifies the application timeline, stating that a visa extension can be applied for anytime from one month before the current 90-day stamp expires.

you are now on a 90 day Non-O entry stamp, and you can apply for a year extension any time you have 30 days or less left on your current stamp, <- that means from a month before the stamp runs out right on down to the very day the stamp runs out (which is not recommended ๐ )
As long as you meet the 2 months seasoning requirements on your funds in the thai bank account in your name only you can apply any time
