Hello, I have 2 questions :)

1- how do you get the physical stamp of the visa after it approves? How does this process work?

2- does your freelance contract need to be notary approved?

2. Many Embassies do not require the freelance contract to be notarised. You should confirm with the embassy you are applying from.
