TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is looking for guidance on linking their DTV visa to a new US passport due to running low on passport pages. Comments suggest that it is important to carry both the old and new passports for the duration of the DTV visa. They advise going to the immigration office to transfer the visa into the new passport, though it may involve a small hassle.

I went to immigration office and they put it in my new passport. A small hassle. But a lot better than keeping track of two passports for the next five years.

Depends on:

if you have a physical DTV Thai Visa STICKER in your Passport Book, or,

if you have a DTV E–Visa PDF File from the Thai eVisa Website

With a DTV, you carry both passports when traveling to and from Thailand.
