Do I file a change of address at CW?  Or can it be mailed or done at a Police Station?  On a Ext on "O" visa.

You may discuss this fist with the land owner, house owner, house master, your landlord, possessor of the house or the manager of hotel. But in case the agreement is that you do this, you visit the immigration office.
