Do I file a change of address at CW? Or can it be mailed or done at a Police Station? On a Ext on "O" visa.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To file a change of address while on an Extension of "O" visa, it is recommended to first discuss with your landlord or house manager. The actual process typically requires you to visit the immigration office to officially report the address change.

You may discuss this fist with the land owner, house owner, house master, your landlord, possessor of the house or the manager of hotel. But in case the agreement is that you do this, you visit the immigration office.
