ORIGINAL POSTER
Just an update. I received my non-o visa today from the Royal Thai Embassy. My copy of my Thai marriage certificate was accepted with being notarized here in Canada. I should add there was a copy of a stamp in Thai on the back of the copy of the original marriage certificate. (Rose border)

Thanks again for previous guidance.
