How Can I Retrieve My TM30 Username and Password After Registration?

Morning all.

I registered to do the online TM30 reporting ages ago using the Android app. It shows that my registration was successful and that I would be receiving my username and password by email. No email ever arrived. 

Does anyone know the process for getting the username/password re-sent or otherwise getting it?
