How Can I Register for an Online TM30 Account If I Haven't Received My User ID and Password?

Tried to register for an online TM30 account many many months ago using the Thai imm website ([[members only]/)) but I was never sent a user ID and password. 

I've looked for a contact number all over the website but can't see anything. Does anyone have it?

Lastly, to use the Section38 app, must you first register through the website, or is the registration through the app all up and running properly (last time I checked I think it had to be done through the website)?
