Hi, I am Singaporean planning to apply for DTV in Vietnam (Da Nang). 

After I make the DTV application, must I stay in Vietnam until the DTV application result is out (e.g. approved, rejected)? 

Or can I leave Vietnam after the application is made?

By the way, after approval (if approved) - can I fly back into Singapore first? Or I must fly into Thailand directly from Vietnam before flying out?

Thai Visa is for entering Thailand. It is therefore issued to those who are outside of Thailand and will visit Thailand.

Therefore, your visa application will be rejected if you are already in Thailand during the visa process.
