Can I upload multiple medical documents and write a personal letter for my DTV application in Thailand?

When considering the medical route to a DTV can anyone kindly answer any of the following questions please 🙏🏻

I am having considerable orthodontal work including bone grafts, crowns and implants. The clinic is writing in support of my DTV application and the course of treatment will be at least 6 months.

In addition I have an appointment for RLE lens replacement surgery. This will probably be a month of treatment, including follow ups, and assuming no complications, which may extend the treatment timeframe.

I’m also looking to have a full blood screen and dignostics with a Bangkok clinic, and additionally some treatment with steroid injections for a calcified lower spine with another specialist I’m currently researching.

My question is, in the DTV application (I’m in UK) is there the ability to upload multiple documents relating to the treatments above, hopefully increasing the likehood of acceptance on DTV?

Also, with the DTV application, is there the option to write a letter personally, from me to the embassy, explaining these multiple appointments in different health areas?

I’ve received lots of help here for which I’m extremely thankful, and have tried the search option here in the group before asking for more help on this particular topic, but to no avail.

You need a treatment plan of 9 months or longer (6 months risks an METV). The treatment plan has to be signed off by a recognised medical professional at a legitimate medical facility in Thailand.

Don't try and confuse the issue by adding different things, stick with one

You have to visit the clinics in Thailand and  get assessed, they then give you a fully detailed treatment plan with appointment dates and they also have to be approved for DTV.
