This is not Google. Just Google it, go to the web page, put in your information. Print the form in generates. Get your picture taken and go turn them in with money at the embassy. Google will find you page that tells you what to do step by step

It’s not difficult. The US embassy no longer takes in person appointments unless you are in urgent need.
Just google to find the page. They walk you through it. I did it for a friend. You mail it to the Bangkok US Embassy and also include a postage return. I think I used a prepaid Thai Post.

If you visit your embassy in Bangkok, they can issue you a new passport within a few days. Just note that the place of issue will be listed as Bangkok so if you’re okay with that, it’s a quick solution.
