Hello,

I need to take two insurance for my STV visa, I would like to book them ASAP. I tried with AXA and it seems there is no way to book this insurance online, need to request a quote.

Question: There is no way to book the insurance online so I can send the document to the ambassade quickly before I leave for vacations?

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking assistance with booking insurance for their Special Tourist Visa (STV) urgently, as they are unable to book online with AXA and need to send the required documentation to the embassy swiftly before their vacation. Commenters raise concerns about the STV program's impending end and limitations on visa conversions, ultimately convincing the user to reconsider their visa choice.

yes you can do an Ed visa, but an stv was a good idea in principal but they didn’t think it through and then when people found out you couldn’t convert it there’s no point in them

Why the STV? It’s ending soon and you can’t get an extension off of it (unless they extend the program). A normal TR will give you 60 days plus 30 at a local immigration office.

You don’t need insurance for a regular tourist visa.
