TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is inquiring about obtaining proof of residency from immigration at Blueport, mentioning that a friend was denied this service and referred to another office. Feedback suggests that proof of residency can only be acquired at the main immigration office in Hua Hin, with additional details provided about a smaller office available for specific services like opening a bank account.

If you are getting one to open a bank account, you go to a small office around the back of the main building. It’s 500 baht, and only takes about 10 minutes.
