Sort of Urgent information needed!

Has any foreigner on an education visa (cancelled or expired ED visa, and now on amnesty) been able to gain a Non B visa for teaching at an International school at Chaeng Wattana Immigration in the last week or so?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility for foreigners with cancelled or expired education visas, currently under amnesty, to successfully apply for a Non B visa to teach at an international school at Chaeng Wattana Immigration. Responses highlight that while amnesty may prevent fines for overstaying, it doesn't change immigration regulations that may affect visa applications.

Amnesty is given because you did not leave the country because there is no fine for overstay.

But the rests of the Immigration act did not change in your favor
