Has anyone been able to navigate the LTR visa Work Remote domain private company financial requirements? My company makes well over this but they do not officially disclose their financials but its pretty publically available how much the company makes. How would one navigate this?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Navigating the financial requirements for the LTR visa when your company doesn't officially disclose its financials can be challenging. Suggestions include consulting with your company to see what information can be provided regarding financials to meet the minimum requirements, or directly contacting the Board of Investment (BOI) in Thailand to clarify what documentation is necessary for approval. Additionally, some users suggest alternatives like opening a DBA (Doing Business As) to help manage the application process.

The company doesn’t need to disclose their financials. They need to meet the minimum requirements. Ask BOI what they need to see in order to approve the application. Then ask the company to provide

the company is going to have a hard time justifying providing their financials to an employee. Our legal team is super hard to deal with.

Why not ask the company to provide details?

I doubt they need to disclose their financials. Perhaps they could simply certify that they have a turnover in excess of $50M per annum in each of the last 3 years, I don't see anywhere that asks for a companies financial statements

on their website it’s states private company must provide an audit financial report to certify that unfortunately. Hopefully I can find a work around. Thank you!!

I think most companies would just laugh and say "what are they thinking". I can't see any company justifying providing their financials so one of their employees can live the good life over in Thailand.

Very few companies would permit one of their employees to work remotely on the other side of the world and even if they do, they will state that anything to do with visas and permits is your responsibility.

my company has a work from anywhere policy but your right they will not sponsor visas or anything but are pretty helpful with letters and stuff but probably can’t get more than that from them.
